1. REQUEST A QUOTE: Getting started is easy. Request a quote through our form, or give us a call, text, or email if you prefer.
2. GET YOUR QUOTE: We'll take a few minutes to learn about your home, answer any questions, and recommend the approach we believe fits best. Once we understand what you need, we'll provide your quote before anything is scheduled.
3. BOOK: Once you're ready to move forward, we'll help you reserve your cleaning and complete any remaining booking steps.Every service follows a detailed checklist so you know exactly what's included before we arrive.
Your quote is based on the service, size of the home, and information you provide about its condition and your priorities.
Once we've quoted the agreed scope. that's the price you can expect to pay. Even if cleaning takes us longer than anticipated.
If we discover something materially different from what was described or you decide you'd like additional work completed, we'll explain options first and let you decide whether you'd like to adjust the scope. You always stay in control of the price.

We'll help you find the approach that gives you the biggest impact within your budget. That might mean prioritizing certain rooms or tasks, spreading detailed work across recurring visits, or recommending a different service altogether.
If we don't believe we can deliver work we're proud of within your budget, we'll tell you honestly.
If something included in your service was missed or wasn’t cleaned to a reasonable standard, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll work with you to make it right.
We also believe difficult doesn’t mean “ignore it.” When buildup, residue, or another condition needs more attention than ordinary cleaning, we’ll make a reasonable effort, time permitting, to improve it and communicate when additional time, treatment, or a future visit may be needed.
